Other April Happenings

 Another in a long line of donut fanatics. Grandpa Dave's grandma used to buy him powdered

donuts like this when he was Mason's age (1956 or so).

We still have cold days in April - grandma takes us "Outside". That

word is capitalized in her vocabulary now. We have on our favorite

hat that we wear inside and out.

 Madelyn started swim lessons this month. She did not like putting her face in the water!

April Easter at the Armstrongs

 We had our annual Easter egg hunt in Allendale in April. Sophelia and Daravia and the

Grandparent Kendricks joined us. Here is Madelyn with some of her loot.

 Daravia brought her good camera home and took some cute ones of Mason and Madelyn.

The college girls had bright socks, headphones, and their favorite candy in their eggs.

 

 

February and March Madness

 Mason took grandma and grandpa to the Lego exhibit at the Muskegon

Museum of Art.

 The kid's corner of the exhibit had Legos for them to build their

own creation.

 Wow! A valentine's card from Great Grandma Donna! You have

to wear a red tutu to open it, of course.

 She dragged over her winter clothes and tried to get daddy to let her

help him snow blow the driveway.

 There is no such thing as "child-proof" anymore.....

 Madelyn loved her first winter outside. We had almost record

snowfall and cold in February.

 Mason also liked the snow.
