Something followed us home today.

It is a camper.

It even expands

Two doors, full length canopy, not perfect but everything works. Most importantly it will be a lot of fun and comfy for our family.

That bed is also a couch, Mason had to try it out.  However he did not stand still long enough to photograph him in the camper.

The couch before Mason transformed it

Queen bed up front

Full kitchen, no dishwasher but that's what husbands are for.

Mason wanted to camp in the yard tonight

Mom said "no camping in the front yard."
Mason and Dad were kind of bummed.

March 30th Easter at Grandma's

Mason is getting revved up for Easter with the Lightning McQueen
and 'Mator Candy fans
OK.  Where did Auntie Ray hide those eggs?
Mason's got loot!  And there's stuff inside the 'Mator and Thomas the Train
containers, too!
Legos inside the 'Mator container - the poor chicken that had to pass them!
Mason helping Auntie Sophie find one of her eggs in the snow.
Daravia and Sophelia negotiate over finding each other's prizes while Mason checks out what
is under the concrete blocks.

March 23rd Macy Kisses and Garage Playtime

Miss Julie brought Macy over to Grandma Carol's house and the puppy just loved Mason.

 Doggie kisses tickle!
Grandma set up the garage for Mason's tricycle.  He hits the plastic
golf balls into the garage drain hole and uses the trike as his golf cart.
Grandma also made him some mud for his monster trucks out of potting soil
and water.  Anything to get dirty..........

A boy and his General Lee fast asleep after bath time.

February 20th at the Mall and Febuary 21st in the Snow

The little police car is now our favorite at the Rivercrossings Mall.
Gotta make sure the lights are working.
Backing up.......
 No grandpa, 5 more minutes.......
 At the playground.
 Down the big slide.
Mason in snow saucer with good attitude.  This looks like it could be fun.
 Sliding around the yard fast!
Do it again, grandpa!

January 28th Snowman Kit

We got a snowman kit for Christmas and finally got some wet snow.
Grandma did most of the work, but Mason put on the hat and nose.
Putting the pipe in a little low - maybe in the neck??
 Grandma helps with the scarf.
Ta-dah!  All done.  Actually Mason had more fun playing in the mud from the water
coming off the roof drains than playing in the snow.........

January 26th Early 3rd Birthday at Arnies and Home

Grandma brought a "Kooky" pen to Arnie's for Mason to use
while we waited for our order - it was a definate "thumbs up"!
Mason was amused as mommy drew around his hand with a crayon.
French fries are just a carrier for ketsup.
Binacular eyes help us see stuff.
Chocolate frosting on a chocolate cupcake with chocolate filling.  Wow! He was hyper after that.
Another cake at home with three special candles.
 I am 3!
Mason is a pro at ripping the wrapping paper off.
A cargo truck grandpa made from 11 kinds of wood.
You load it with cherry freight barrels.
 Another present.
Grandma got more legos - Mason is pumped.
The consultant telling daddy how to put the firetruck together.  Also really
good at taking part of the truck apart while daddy works on another part.
That way daddy won't get too far ahead.........
 We roll our tongue now.
Mason does an imitation of Lightning McQueen from the movie where he winks at his fans
(Mason does it with both eyes) and sticks his tongue out as he does a jump stunt.
Such concentration attaching the rocket for "Red" the firetruck.
